Background
For years, David D. Bilger CPAs has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses. David D. Bilger CPAs's expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help clients maintain financial viability in the present while taking a proactive approach to achieve future goals. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of our clients' needs, thorough research, and sound analysis. David D. Bilger CPAs is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Particulars
To assure the continuous development and growth of our staff, each accountant must have a minimum of forty hours of continuing professional education each year. Other staff are provided with yearly continuing education in the tax area.
No information will ever be released to unauthorized persons. All matters handled by us are treated with strict confidentiality and the high standards of the accounting profession's Code of Ethics.
Our fees are not fixed by the accounting profession. They are based on the time and expertise required for each engagement. Our goal is to give you as much value as possible for the fee charged.
Our Team
David D. Bilger is the owner of the firm and has been practicing public accounting since 1976. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and is a current member of both the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants. Also, David does various speaking engagements and has taught night courses at a local community college.

Barbara Soltysiak is the Accounting Manager. She began employment with the firm in February of 1987 and became certified the following year. Barbara is a graduate of De Sales University. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants. Prior employment includes a multi-state retail store and a local CPA firm.
Tereasa Leight is the company's administrative assistant and bookkeeper. She began employment with the firm in January of 2001. Prior employment includes marketing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and secretarial experience.
