David D. Bilger, CPA

 David is the owner of the firm and has been practicing public accounting since 1976.  He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and is a current member of both the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.  David also does various speaking engagements and has taught night courses at a local community college.  He is on the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce legislative committee.

Barbara Ann Soltysiak, CPA

Barbara is the Accounting Manager.  She began employment with the firm in February of 1987 and became certified the following year.  Barbara is a graduate of De Sales University.  She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, and a certified Quickbooks Advisor.   Prior employment includes a multi-state retail store and a local CPA firm.  Outside of the office she is a girl scout leader, troop cookie mom, and is involved with her children's various school activities.   

Tereasa Leight

Tereasa is the company's administrative assistant and bookkeeper.  She began employment with the firm in January of 2001.  Prior employment includes marketing, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and secretarial experience.  Outside of the office Tereasa is involved with her children's school activities and is the infant nursery teacher for her church.
